KettyBot Pro

KettyBot Pro is designed for hotels that demand versatility from their automation. As a delivery robot, it carries up to 30 kg across its trays and guides itself precisely through service environments. As a guest-facing engagement tool, it displays customized hotel advertisements, promotions, and service information on a large interactive screen — all scheduled and managed via the NGH Business Management Platform.

Its 360° fisheye lens and smart tray detection system autonomously identify when trays have been collected, immediately improving delivery flow and reducing unnecessary wait times. Guests can also interact with KettyBot Pro directly: by searching or tapping images on the screen, they can find specific items or locations, and the robot will guide them there.

KettyBot Pro supports two physical configurations enabled by its removable tray baffles and rear cover, allowing hotel operators to switch between a full delivery setup and a streamlined greeting/promotion mode based on the operational context.

Laser and visual dual-navigation planning ensures safe, accurate movement in complex and changing hotel environments, keeping both guests and staff protected at all times.
